Our Policy

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the booking -

• $30 + HST for lash and brow services.

• $100 + HST for cosmetic tattoo services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

• No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment before rebooking.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, contact us at 647-684-8010

• Late arrivals may result in shortened service.

• Full service price will still apply

• 20+ minutes late - appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Important Client Information

• Clients must be 18+ when booking a cosmetic tattoo.

• No guests, pets or children allowed.

• No service will be provided under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Entry by appointment only.
